沒想到我產後掉髮這麼嚴重。我很緊張，還專門跑到醫院咨詢醫生這到底是怎麼回事，醫生告訴我說這很正常，過段時間就好了，我就說孩子現在都五個月大了，怎麼還有產後掉髮這種現象出現？醫生給我解釋說時間持續的長短是因為而異的，再說頭髮掉了以後，還會長出新的頭髮的，這就是所謂的新陳代謝。可我還是不放心，於是就試用了一些醫生建議我的民間辦法，來緩解自己的產後掉髮。結果還不錯呢。我還把這種方法教給我的同學試，她也說很好呢。
